Deposit
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit per treatment- this is payed on the booking system (most treatments require a 50% deposit). This will then be deducted off your final treatment price on the day. The deposit must be made on the day of booking and the booking system will require you to enter your card details for this payment. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours it will be cancelled.
Please note by booking an appointment and paying the deposit you are agreeing you all terms and conditions which are listed on this page.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will lose the full deposit which has been paid. If you give more than 48 hours notice you will be able to transfer this deposit across to a new booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given you will unfortunately lose the deposit you have paid and will be required to pay the remaining balance due to short notice of not being able to refill the appointment. This can be paid via bank transfer (the details will be sent to you if required). If you do not show up on the day, you will be charged in full and your future appointments will also be cancelled with no refunds. Please note if you do not pay the cancellation fee you will be unable to book again in the future/ all future bookings will be cancelled and your deposits will not be refunded. If you are having any difficulties paying your deposit- please contact me as soon as possible.
Other Important Information
Please arrive to your appointment alone and on time. If you are running late please inform me as soon as possible- if this is over 10 minutes and you haven’t informed me it will be classed as a no show and the fee will be charged. If you’re running late and you have informed me, your appointment may still have to be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply. Please do not bring your children to your appointment- my insurance does not cover this and therefore your appointment will be classed as a 'no show' if you arrive with children and the fee will be charged. When you have arrived if you please message me to allow me to know you have arrived and you will be greeted at the gate. If you are running late please inform me as soon as possible as your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

If you are having an eyelash treatment please arrive with clean lashes including no make up around the eye. If you arrive with heavy makeup; depending on other appointments, the appointment may have to be rescheduled and you will have to pay the cancellation fee. (This is the same for eyebrow appointments too).

If you are having eyebrow appointments please refrain from using fake tan or spray tans 48 hours before and after as the tint and wax can react with the tan and cause the tint & skin tone to change.

All clients will require a patch test for eyebrow tint, brow lamination & lash lifts. This must be carried out at least 48hours before your appointment. The patch test will last for 6 months before needing to renew. Please inform myself if you are pregnant, have recently had a child, breastfeeding or have had any other changes to your health as you will require a new patch test again. It is your responsibility to book a patch test. IHBEAUTY has the rights to cancel any appointments (even when deposits have been paid) if you have not booked a patch test rr have lied on Fresha claiming to have had a patch test with me when you have not.

When booking a nail appointment please allow me to know whether your nails will need soaking off before a new application. If you currently have acrylics these would need to be removed elsewhere beforehand. Also please ensure you are booking any form of nail art on the system to ensure you have the correct time booked our for your appointment.

I cannot infill another techs work due to wanting the absolute best for your nail health and sadly I cannot guarantee the products they have used, so please ensure you are not booking for an appointment wanting infills on nails that have been carried out elsewhere. I will only infill my own work. Regarding all nail appointments- please arrive with clean nails to your first nail appointment with me, I can remove other techs work (not acrylic) but this will charged at £10.00 (full soak off).

Please follow all aftercare advice given to you- this advice is there to prolong your results. It is highly recommended to use cuticle oil daily to ensure your nails remain hydrated- these can be purchased in the cabin starting at only £5.50.

If there are any problems with your treatment within the first 24 hours of treatment, (gel lifting etc) please contact IHBEAUTY to rectify this. If you contact after 24 hours, unfortunately this is out of my control and will be due to aftercare advice not being followed correctly, I can always carry out nail repairs out of this time frame however there will be a small fee for this.
